Advanced Practice Family Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Nursing Practice

 

Jana Ward is a Little Rock native who holds a Doctor of Nursing degree with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization. She began her healthcare career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist before attending nursing school and working in the NICU at Arkansas Children's Hospital as a Registered Nurse. After leaving ACH, Jana attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has extensive urgent care experience and has seen and treated a wide range of urgent care issues. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter.
